dated from 1994.:eek: This was part of a box of government issue MRE's that I had. It was beef stew and it tasted good, no strange taste that I noticed. The cherry cake dessert was still moist and tasted good. I didn't try the cracker or the peanut butter.

That was about a half an hour ago,(1700 hrs) so it might be too soon tell what my fate might be.😬
Well, seems you have solved your toilet paper problem. Now we just have to feed them to the monkeys hoarding it.

I wonder how much of a fire hazard TP is?

Hey - my dad was in the US Army from 1959 to 1962, and tells me that when on maneuvers in the snow in upstate New York in the winter, they were issued C rations that were leftovers from WWII and Korea. If you were lucky you got to thaw the can out on top of the engine block of a jeep, or so he says.
