The only guns in chicago with no serial numbers are the ones the little darlings remove.
This is just another feel good rule by totally inept politicians to try and make the general public feel like they are trying to combat crime.
As it has been said for years, just let Law Enforcement do their jobs without the public and mayoral interference.

Ghost guns are not the problem in Chicago.
Be advised, in the past, they profile potential out-of-towners at the door of these subsidized gun turn-ins, reserving the hondo for the locals.
One thing for sure is that IL will never ban Ghost Payrolling or Ghost Voting.
