Welcome to the forum. I did a quick dealer search in Maryland and turned up this one in Rockville that advertises a Kuna. There might be more more.

Your question was "Is Kuna sold to a Maryland enthusiasts?" Just trying to be helpful, I performed a little search for dealers in Maryland and found one selling a Kuna. Because of that, I assume that the Kuna is legal to own in Maryland. I'm not going to do your shopping for you. Do you know how to buy a gun? Do you know how to buy a gun online? Do you know how to check the laws in your state to make sure you are following them? I wish you well.
