I think it's great to have so many choices and options for carry/self defense. I just feel that 9mm or 38+P are what I would trust as my lower limits for caliber choice. In the Summer I actually carry one or the other but still prefer the 1911 in 45 acp. Not saying my choice is the best, just the best for me. I have arthritis pretty bad but with about 50 years of shooting a 1911 it's what I trust. Isn't it great to have choices?
