We're going to need Alice soon then. Didn't the Mouse House try a version of this in Florida some time ago? Seems to be another version of the so called WEF smart cities.
Having known a few people who have left the military and went to work at a Toyota plant this is not surprising. If one expects to go in and work hard for eight hours a day and then go home to the family one had better adjust his expectations. The culture is one of continuous improvement and you are expected to put in extra hours on personal growth and job skill training, etc. Nothing wrong with that I suppose, but just expect to work long hours. One ex-Army man I knew said he should have stayed in the Army if he had known what being a civilian working for Toyota entailed. I think the headline is correct; subservience to the company rather than the state.
Golly Vern. High speed transportation in a city of 360 people (that may grow to 2,000). I’m an old dumb country boy but how FAR can you possibly “Go” in a city that size. I grew up n a town of 4,500 (a OLD rural town) and you could cross it by bicycle in 10 minutes
