What a mental midget. However, I would love to know what states it is legal to own a rocket/grenade launcher, grenades, etc. Let's throw in the M1 Abrams tank as well. Oh, and how about those retired, surplus Tomcats they have as well. I think I could fit either one in my garage. Who needs concealed carry when you have an Abrams in your garage?

That being said…

Pretty sure those AT4’s are fired…which means no rocket, no warhead, just a launcher tube which is unusable (AT4 being a disposable weapons system…).

If they aren’t inert? Whoever extended the tubes needs a steel toed boot rammed up their nethers at maximum velocity.

The “grenade” is a trainer dummy. Basically gets a shotgun primer to make a “pop”, but that’s it. Non-issue.

So…not actually a big deal—unless those AT4’s are live; in which case…our military has a BIG F’ING PROBLEM, and needs to be dealt with right NOW.

There a number of states which allow the ownership of DD’s. California is one of them…

Google “states that allow destructive devices” for the full list.

You can buy some surplus jets, just not an F14 because of Iran operations with them /embargo. As for tanks, those are available also… this gent has an idea for the HOA 😁
