Can’t like that nearly enough.

My dad didn’t believe in training dogs to flush. He insisted they all stay locked up tight. When I was 6 or 7 I was his bird flusher. When I was 10 he bought me a Stevens 20 gauge single and we took turns flushing. I was 11 or 12 when I got my model 311 double in 12 gauge.

What a great grooming you had. Too bad we don't have more of that type with today's kids.
