I don't think they can get a charge against him without proving criminal intent. The intent of his post is subject to interpretation. His lawyers will claim free speech. But I would love to be in the room when USSS reads him his rights just the same.

June 6, 2024. Comey admitted that political threats can provoke and encourage people to do violence against those targets. So, for anybody who says that what Comey posted isn't a political threat that is encouraging and provoking violence against the President is either a liar or a moron. Or both.
