Kuna Malfunction

Mine only has a couple hundred rounds since I broke it all the way down to clean it, and in being honest.. I didn’t pay much attention to the extractor. I took a small brass bristle brush, cleaned behind it, and on my merry way. I tend to clean my 2011s’ with a little more effort, as they have internal extractors…and they can gunk up big time.

Wave… as I don’t plan on tearing mine down anytime soon, do you know if it was a press fit pin, a roll pin, or what holding the extractor in place?

@dajogejr honestly, I was in such a hurry I left to catch a flight back to California, where these guns are super scary!!! So my buddy kept it and sent it in for me. I didn't even look, again, I was pissed... I had all sorts of cans to test out on it etc, that screwed my afternoon. I just left and drove straight to the airport to catch an earlier flight. To add salt to the wound the flights were all delayed!

It was an interesting conversation with the Customer Service rep. They would not send me a replacement extractor, in the manual says not to mess with the extractor. So I had to send the bolt into them... I wonder why that is, I didn't inspect it much, I was more pissed and just sent it off. I had an event I was going to use it, not now.
Springfield doesn’t send parts under warranty, you have to send gun back to them
