It’s not on the California Roster, if that’s what you’re asking. Law enforcement can buy them and then sell to anyone in California as can someone who moved into California and already owned the gun but that’s a gray area and $$$ above msrp.
You can check out calguns.net, they have a good deal of info. But make sure you get specific statute links and do the research, don’t just take some internet yahoo’s (like me) word for it. Consequences in Cali are harsh for messing up.
