Looking for muzzle devices for my Saint AR's

I have a couple of Springfield Armory SAINT AR-15's. One is an Edge, the other is just a basic Saint. Both are chambered in 5.56. Both have 16" barrels but they have different muzzle devices.
They are my first AR's, and I've been happy with them, just blasting at the range occasionally.
But they're AR's so I wish I had different muzzle devices on the barrels.
What's the "quietest" muzzle device I can replace the existing ones with? I can't afford silencers. Fixed income, and all that crap.

I put a Volquartsen Brake on my Wilson bull barrel years ago. Works great, but I had to use red locktite.

I think so, and shooting from the bench the rifle doesn't move a bit.
