The News said the Mexican ship was leaving to go to Iceland, but made a wrong turn then headed up the Brooklyn River & hit the bridge.

You'd think they could tell the difference between a river & open ocean.

Something ain't right about this story .... where was the Harbor Pilot that should have been on this boat coming in and out of the NYC harbor.

After watching the video of the incident I am baffled by how this even got to the point of the collision. The Democrats were quick to blame DOGE for making cuts to the Coast Guard.

Well the takeaway here is at least they were going in reverse. Full-ASStern ! going forward, we can hope the ship capitan will learn the directions a tad better. fingers crossed.

Would have been in control of the ship and heading it in the right direction

And it wasn't in the ocean, can't even see the ocean from the Brooklyn bridge, which is on a offshoot of the Hudson River.
