Midwest industries Handguard on victor pistol?

The Midwest handguard will work fine just make sure to swap the barrel nut with the one included with your new handguard.

If you've never changed a barrel nut before you will need either a barrel vise block or a reaction rod so you don't damage the upper receiver. You will also need a torque wrench for proper barrel nut torque. The Midwest handguards typically come with a proprietary barrel nut wrench that can be mounted to a torque wrench.

AR-15's follow the same platform throughout all manufacturers as far as thread pitch and back cut to the lower receiver.

If you are trying to swap out a handguard on a AR-10 or an LR-308 then you would need to do your homework as to what fits your firearm as there are a few different barrel nut thread pitches used in these platforms.

Yes. That’s why I went with this model. I could only find two models with inside diameters large enough for a suppressor. This one and one from Aero. Maybe there’s more but I didn’t find them.
The only issue with a handguard sized for a suppressor is that it may feel a little too big when c-clamp gripping the handguard.
