Mil-Spec 1911 “Retro Custom”

Warrior9(Ret)

Professional
This pistol stated as a stock Springfield Armory Mil-Spec 1911 45 ACP. Nighthawk Customs did the work using Harrison Design Retro Custom parts. It looks Smooth and Elegant 😊
Disclaimer: This isn’t mine. It’s what I want. Everything I need and Nothing I don’t. I would switch out the thumb safety and the slide stop for the ones Harrison Design offers.

It’s supposed to read “started”.

Kudos to those of you that can focus or even see a 3" target at 50 yards. I can keep about 7 or 8 out of 10 rounds inside of a 3.5" shoot-n-see target at 15 yards with no problem, inside the 9 ring of large silhouette at 25. The Ole peepers ain't quite what they used to be.
