More court issues ref Domestic Violence convictions

It’s what they have been eyeing for several years. To legislate anyone’s right to self defense away.

Sort of related. When one gets a conviction expunged even if it was an original DV of DB charge that was knocked down to a simple battery. If that battery was against a domestic partner or relative the expungement won’t allow them to get their firearms rights back. They still are considered a prohibited person.
