Ebay. It took me 3 months to finally close out my account. I tell you it's like a cult, once they have you they make it almost impossible to get out. I will never purchase anything ever again from them. If a seller sells you something and you never get it you are still responsible and they will never credit your account even though you can prove the seller is the thief! The buyer is always at fault. Post office is aware of crooked sellers but can't or won't do anything about it.
 
I have had an Ebay account and Paypal account since @2001. Never had an issue with buying or selling on there. It's been a minute since I have sold anything on there, and I do buy things on there from time to time. You just have to be really careful about who you purchase from. Read their reviews and check their history on there. I bought a nice iron fire pit tool set on ebay from an Ironsmith that was on there. Very well made set, and bonus of buying from and supporting an American small business. Ebay can be a place where scammers take advantage of people, but that is true on every single website out there. Vigilance and awareness are key.

i too have bought off eBay, and had great results...yes, checking the reviews and scores is a must.
 
I buy many things off of ebay and avoid Amazon like the plague! If I have a question or an issue i use their customer support page and I get a call from them in under 15 minutes. They've been great to me, can't say that about Amazon! My kids and wife use Amazon and all of them have iPhone's unlike me with a Samsung. I guess I'm singled out.

I'd buy the tp rolls on a payment plan.......$1 week for 700+ years and it'll be mine 🤣
 
For Sale: The acknowledged master's latest work "Love Lost" a used condom surrounded on a bed of cryogenically frozen tears. $480,268. It would almost be worth using my stash of frozen tears from my enemies which I currently use to season my steaks, just to lure in the liberal art community.
