I have no issues with the 22x series and have ran them for 35 years of some flavor (226 Legion is one now)To be honest, I sold all my Sig pistols and even the 1911, but never had any issues with them
But they're not. They're refusing to even admit there's a problem. That's what pisses me off so much. If they had said "Yep, the model has issues, we're doing a recall" I'd have 100% respect for them. But they didn't. THAT is the issue for me. They fought, and fought, and fought some more. They're even appealing a ruling against them, and it's not going to end well for them. I'm going to make a prediction that they're going to end up losing their military contracts over this.I’m sure SIG is at least taking more QC steps in the ones made the last couple years.
What does it matter how many threads there are? Do we get charged per new thread?
Respectfully you are one person and one other person that is mad makes 2. They DON’T care! But they're not. They're refusing to even admit there's a problem. That's what pisses me off so much. I didn’t like the grip module on the M17, seemed cheap to me, the 365 went to my brother for his CCW, the Legion I despised and the Sig 1911, to heavy for a 1911 plus it had the external extractor, not a true 1911 design to me.I have no issues with the 22x series and have ran them for 35 years of some flavor (226 Legion is one now)
I would have no issues with the buying one now and am eyeing the new Sig 226 carry legion .
As far as the whole 320 while there was a problem how old are the ones that are happening? Not the whole teiggernupgrade old but were any made in the last couple years when everything started to hit or are they after 2018 but before say 2022/23?
I’m sure SIG is at least taking more QC steps in the ones made the last couple years.
I would be curious on age?
I liked the Wilson Combat Grip Modular’s for the 320 they are quite nice to me anyway.I didn’t like the grip module on the M17, seemed cheap to me, the 365 went to my brother for his CCW, the Legion I despised and the Sig 1911, to heavy for a 1911 plus it had the external extractor, not a true 1911 design to me.
Remember though if the dang thing had a real safety even IF the trigger was pulled it wouldn’t fire. Gotta agree though, something is definitely flawed in the design. There have been a kazillion pistols made w/o a real safety yey SIG 320 is getting the attention.. something is inherently wrong. Pistols should all be recalled/repaired/replaced.The problem is, they aren't touching the trigger. And it isn't just one holster. This is absolutely 100% a flawed design. Latest video is a school resource officer bending slightly at the waist, putting something in her cruiser and it went off. Nothing was even touching the holster. You can't blame trigger discipline, training, holsters, ANYTHING but the gun.
This gun needs to be recalled. The fact that Sig isn't recalling it makes me physically ill. Horrible sh*t company that will NEVER see a dime of my money.
Had a Wilson Combat P-320 a couple of years ago never had a problem with it. Can't remember what I traded it for. Have Sig P229, P-226 and will soon purchase a P-220 all Legions and a P-365 Fuse. They are very good pistols reliable & far more accurate than I am.Respectfully you are one person and one other person that is mad makes 2. They DON’T care!
Simply boycotting them won’t change so uiu and a couple other cats don’t buy a Sig. it makes no dent. You will never get an across the board uprising of consumers.
Most of the folks griping aren’t brand loyal to Sig’s anyway and they aren’t hammer fired guys so a Sig 22x or 1911 isn’t happening
Departments are still buying 320’s Texas is the latests one and rumor last time I taught at the Academy Indiana State was dumping the 227 45 acp for 320’s with Romeo RDS
We shall see!
Section IV Evaluation, 1st paragraph. Interesting that Sig was invited to participate in the investigation and declined. The most adamant Sig apologists (re: P320 uncommanded discharges) insist Sig will always participate in such investigations when invited. On a serious note here is Michigan State Police scathing report from an industry friend when they transitions last year.

Yeah I gave up on Glocktalk and Sigtalk years ago. Bunch of folks with no real experience just verbal wrestling to assert forum dominance.Section IV Evaluation, 1st paragraph. I’m sure those same apologists will insist this is all made up and it never happened.
Oh, and I’m NOT talking about pro Sig folks here, we seem to have mostly reasonable discussions. I’m referring to those on SigTalk and GlockTalk…which is why I spend my online forum time mostly here now. Can’t even remember last time I logged into those other two.
Bingo Ringo! And with that admission exposure to all kinds of troubles. As long as it seen as specific instances, even if hundreds given the number produced, they can treat it claim by claim. I don’t have one but like belt mine would be range fun, don’t think i would conceal carry one near my junk.Hi,
I don't have a horse in this race but it was coincidental that this headline popped up on my Fox newsfeed. Just thought I'd share. The courts are still bouncing this case around.

Federal judge issues key ruling against gun maker Sig Sauer in widow's lawsuit
A lawsuit against Sig Sauer continues in court after a man died from a single gunshot wound allegedly caused by an unintended P320 pistol discharge.www.foxbusiness.com
I guess a proper recall would be seen as an admission of a design fault. What a mess.
Thank you for your indulgence,
