New 4.25" Springfield Armory Garrison

I always favored the commander length, but my opinion, they need to first get the few bugs out of there full size, start using the appropriate recoil spring weight before introducing a new variation, then I will be in line to get one.
 
I wish they had the Garrison Commander available a couple of years ago. I bought a Ronin Commander and very pleased with it. The Ronin is a great pistol, but the plastic Gen2 Speed Trigger got changed out promptly.

SA should offer Cerakote instead of bluing on their Garrison and Ronin pistols.
 
How about this model in .40 S&W? I find that .45 ACP has a lot of barrel flip in shorter-barrelled handguns, but I'm not very confident in 9mm power. Although it seems that .40 S&W has fallen out of favor in some quarters, I feel is a happy medium between power and fast followup shots. An option in .30 Supercarry might even be a good idea because it would allow a higher capacity in a single-stack magazine with power about on the same level as 9mm.
