If I am not mistaken, they will also have serial numbers and must be transferred through a FFL.

Supposedly, if ATF gets their way. Basically solves little to nothing in practicality.
What I see down the road is obvious higher consumer headaches, prices and little to nothing else changed except more paperwork and hoops to jump through for the average person....also known as infringements.
