NY Shutdown Forces Kimber Mfg. to Cease Production During Pandemic
Due to the NYdecision to shutter non-essential businesses as part of the COVID-19 response plan, Kimber has stopped production at its NY facilities

Have you checked out their revolver choices? I had a Kimber Tactical Ultra II ( 3" BBL. ) and loved it. Carried it several years when out of Illinois with a Utah carry license and then for a couple years here in Illinois after we got carry passed. The only reason I got rid of it was because I wanted and needed a pocket gun , so I traded the Kimber in on my XDs.45 and the Ruger LCPII.Definitely not a Kimber fan, but I hate to see these workers now with no jobs or any workers in any position/products with no job.
Bad experience with there customer support on a Micro 9 pistol, never a Kimber again....lolHave you checked out their revolver choices? I had a Kimber Tactical Ultra II ( 3" BBL. ) and loved it. So I gained a 1/4" in barrel length on the .45 and got a small gun to carry in my pocket and have been very happy since.
That's terrible to hear. I've had nothing but excellent customer service from them. My Kimber 1911 .45acp was built in Clackamas Oregon back when Kimber first started. My 1911 just came with standard black sights. When they came out with the same sights in 3dot I tried to buy some but they sent them to me for free several years after they had moved to NY.Bad experience with there customer support on a Micro 9 pistol, never a Kimber again....lol
