I try very hard to limit my intake of vegetables. Those things will kill you. I eat all the fat I can along with meat. My carbs are from whole wheat and potatoes. Labs done every 6 months and the only thing they find wrong with me is my HDL cholesterol is 3 point to high at 102. Everything else is within limits. I do take a multivitamin and a couple supplements. I only eat vegetables that comes out of our garden or from friends. The pickers never leave the fields to relieve themselves they would lose money. I’ll keep on eating like I have all my life. I’m 5’10” and a 170 lbs my BMI is 24.39 which puts me in a slightly unhealthy range according to my Doctor’s. So doctors will find something wrong with you no matter your weight.
