While the complete picture from the 2026 midterm elections is still emerging, the results, to say the least, were not what gun owners wanted. Anti-gun forces took control of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

They will also wield trifecta control of state government in the former pro-gun stronghold of Arizona and even in Wisconsin. The governorships of Georgia and Texas, as well as their respective houses of representatives, may also be poised to flip into anti-gun hands.

People said “just move to a free state”. As I always said “they move too”. I almost moved to Virginia because of someone but it fell through and look what happened out there. Wisconsin and Iowa turned blue, Indiana lost their super majority, and the list goes on.

I finally made a choice to join a group and will join probably 2 more for the fight in Illinois. I signed petitions already and sent off emails.

Just remember it’s “We the people”
 
Honestly, if things don't change we may be the generation that watches the left get enough votes and states to rip the second amendment right out of the constitution.
Some may laugh, it is no laughing matter.
In the last few years I've watched the 25-35 year olds, who've never voted or feel their votes just don't matter what so ever. Meanwhile the left is marching along and embracing the communist/socialism mentality which the 25-35 year olds never once saw or learned how awful communist/socialism actually is. All they want is MORE government and MORE free stuff and zero responsibility for anything.

We just watched the greatest country the world has even seen commit suicide. Kruschev was right back in the early 60’s when he said “we (the communists) will take America without firing a shot. Your own children will make it happen”. Now we’ve seen it happen. It’s our own fault. We turned our back on God, let the communists brainwash our kids for decades and here we are. Heaven help us, ‘cause it’s all downhill from here.

Yes that appears to have been said, at least translated. However We buried the Soviet Union and remain. We shall endure. This too shall pass as let's not forget Prez Clinton and Obama both did worse in the midterms.

Trader, no intentions to be contrary, but it seems that today's Democrats are a way different animal than Clinton and Obama's Democrats. They seem to be so different today, I'm not sure that JFK could get elected today.
