I think better comms, BODY armor, SWAT teams, patrol rifles, and better training have kept the numbers down quite a bit. Car crashes kill a lot of cops and we could do a whole lot better with that.

Yea my son in law is SFPD just recovering for a car crash he was chasing the bad guys he’s ok back to work desk duty for a month august then back on the streets where he is comfortable
