what i found ODD with social security was that they had no updated the DECEASED data base and almost every other government agency uses their data base to confirm whether a person is alive or .......deceased so other agencies were sending out dollars to dead people and had no idea a 120 year old was not deceased...never mind the over 300 that were 250 years old...
i ask don't the computers kick out a tickler if a dob birth hits 110 just to CHECK ???? wouldn't that be ....i don't know an easy field for the computer software to track?????? just thinking here

Are the captains and crews of these drug boats following illegal orders?
If so, can't they just refuse to follow these orders and wouldn't democrats be smart to call on the boat crews to ignore those illegal orders?

Don't give a flying rats tail how brutal it looks. Lossing your job is brutal no matter if it's done with a kiss or a kick in the a**. Life's hard and then you die. These people work for the administrative branch of the gov., guess who in in charge of the administrative branch? The boss gets to fire whom he/she pleases. For all the "judges" that feel they have the right to overstep and interfere, "Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!". No panel or board. That just creates another bureaucracy that in the end spends more $ than it saves and doesn't do squat. Every major snowstorm and holiday the prison employees looked like a ghost town due to all the "nonessential" pencil pushers staying home. The prison actually run smother and more efficient without them.
