It makes perfect sense. They're trying to make gun ownership as honor us and as difficult and as complicated with as many little regulations that you can violate without even knowing you did so they could take away your gun ownership privileges

First thing comes to mind around here is, if you aren't 21, you aren't getting a concealed handgun permit. There's also no constitutional carry here. For folks in such a situation, open carry is the only legal option. Young folks ask about this all the time in the forums and social media in my area. For non-residents that need to carry but don't have a non-resident CHP or reciprocity using their home state's permit, open carry is an option, too. Some folks will condone concealed carrying without a permit - that's not something I'm going to recommend.
I don't have to like it or support everything about the lifestyle, especially when I know that there's more than one way to do something. While it's not my personal choice, it's a choice nonetheless, and choice is ALWAYS good, whether it's for me or for someone else.
