Very interesting, that was a far safer partnership than that between the government and Ho Chi Minh during WWII, that’s for sure.

Uf you have ever watch the movie by Alfred Hitchcok called the Saboteur there is a scene near the end with the ship laying on its' side in the berth. Lucky had a deal with the fed for sure.
