I suspect nobody has it in 3D format because it is so easy to get the part from Springfield for us. Simply no market for a 3D printed part when the factory part is so cheap and available. Interesting question though. I was out of the game long before 3D printers were a thing. I wonder if there are export rules on programs? I have no idea, but I bet there are.
