I've been using a kydex belt holster from Infused Kydex USA for my 3.8 Elite. As far as I can tell, they do almost all of their business through their ebay store. They are inexpensive (usually $25-$30), but they are custom fit for each model and seem to be high quality. Make sure to include that your XDM is an Elite model in the comments section if you order one.
Some of their designs are a little flashy for my taste, but they have basic black, ODG, and FDE options. I don't carry OWB very often, but because the kydex belt holsters lay pretty flat I leave my Elite in the holster when its in the safe.
