Picked up some 9mm yesterday

Local gun store had Sar USA brand 9mm on sale for 13.99. Picked up 5 box. They are a good looking round , sealed primer. 124gr gold colored bullet. Took them out back and ran a mag. Worked great ! I'd never seen them before.

prices are dropping some more now...we may never see that $7.99 for a box of 50 anymore, but some more price dropping, makes for more stocking up, before many of the states start charging extra taxes on ammo, on top of the sales tax..

I buy 115gr in bulk now for $0.30-0.35/round. Get 1,000 rounds of PMC or Blazer Brass for $0.30 or American Eagle for $0.35 with a few others in between.

WWB sells for $0.40/round so thankfully no more of that stuff for me. The PMC is good stuff.

I predict, quite confidently, that we will never see brass 9mm bulk for under $240/case again.

Sarsilmaz (sp?)? I’ve run quite a bit of that. Never any problem. Started buying domestic stuff and stuck with it.

I can get Turan for $14.50/50 locally.
