Pistol brace situation

Here's a good summation of what's going on with the pistol brace ruling. We still have some hope.

Of note - The implementation of the new rule will not be published (go into effect) until December of this year as opposed to August, which is the timeline previously bantered about. This specific part of the timeline is discussed at around the 5:10 mark in the video.

Hopefully, the rule will not only be put off until December, but will just be forgotten about and die a slow, quiet death. I'm sure we'll hear more about it as time goes on.

Not only does the Bruen decision affect these ATF rulings, but so does the West Virginia VS EPA decision that followed Bruen. Unless Congress granted powers to these Executive agencies, only they can write and modify laws. Even though the ATF issued these as regulations, they still carry the penalty as if they were laws. In light of these two recent SCOTUS ruling, all ATF regulations on firearms not granted to them by Congress should be considered null and void. I'm sure they'll be several lawsuits to take up these issues.
