Pit Bulls

Did a dna test on my last pit bull mix, she was a mix of at least 4 different breeds in the last 3 generations. She was most times the sweetest dog. But she had the gene, and would attack one of my other labs unprovoked. Put her down. Never again.
That's the problem, I do feel for them, some of the sweetest and loving dogs I have met have been pit bulls. But there is a risk that nature can come out and they are dangerous dog.

My scary black rifle won't go attack anyone or thing without me behind it.
I get your point just not a good analogy
My point was, bad gun or dog owners both can make both the dogs or firearms dangerous. And when the media only reports on a certain topic like calling every firearm used in a crime an AR-15 the same goes for dangerous dogs.

I thought the analogy was rather good considering how bias people become when they are only hearing a one sided story from the mainstream media.

I don't have a horse in the race when it comes to good vs bad dog breeds but I know we as people only hear of the bad things that happen with whatever is on the political chopping block topic of the day.
