I would have to say yes. I don't have one but .308 and 7.62x51 are for all practical purposes, the same size.
I do have a similar loader from RRS Loaders for 5.56, .223 and 300 blackout. It works great and I'll probably get one for the SA AR-10 I recently bought, but I'll probably get it from RRS Loaders again.
