Prodigy Optics Plate Issue Resolved? Solutions/Options

So I have been searching online using other forums, the dreaded social media and reading through here. I thought I would post one thread to help answer questions and problem solve.

Was there ever a definitive reason or answer to the optics plate coming loose on the Prodigy? If so what was the common reason if any?

Also issues with screw thread pitch with Holosun not matching the thread pitch on the AOS plates?

Some of this I believe was when the system was first introduced a few years ago. During my bourbon fueled journey I have read that some of the issues were out of spec AOS plates, screw length and I am sure with some of the loose plate issues, not all, were user installation.

For example not chasing the threads with a tap using acetone to clean threads and not using an inch pound torque wrench to torque to spec which is listed no more than 25 inch pounds in the manual, blue loctite optional. The screw dimensions are 6x48x.225

So, as of this post there are 3 options for plates.
Impact Machine
C&H Precision
Springfield Armory
Is one better than the other or personal preference?
What fixes have you found to work?

I have read people have used loctite on the screws then on the underside of the plate itself. I have also seen people using various and assorted compounds to essentially bed the optics plate such as superglue and a small dab of JB Weld or RTV. And finally steaking the heads of the screws. Just thought I might be able to consolidate the beating of the dead horse and also learn from the experiences here.

This was explained to me by the great @mreed911, I hate to tell you but the problem is not the plate or the screws. The problem is that you do not understand how screws and bolts work. Just ask him, he will set you straight. Word of warning tho, if he ask you a question you had better answer it with the quickness. See below thread for more.
