Well another day at the range. I had a little running around Geneseo Illinois before hitting the range. While picking up some ammo my mom walked in with to start looking for revolvers. I didn’t catch exactly what Colt she had in her hand but it does take .38 Special and .357. I’m highly thinking she will be getting a revolver in the future.

After the gun shop we went shooting and I let her try out my CZ 75 compact (I have a feeling she might take that and return my SP-01). She had to be reminded not to be so hard on herself since this was her 5 time shooting and a new pew pew.

As for me I think I have to switch up to another optic pew pew because I honestly think the Shadow 2 is sighted in.

I also might take my mom to the other range next time for something a little more quiet.

That looks like a nice outing at the range. Good on you, takin' care of business. I like those big raggedy holes.

My range will let us use most paper targets, except for the 3D cardboard torso silhouettes.

Even in our training classes we have target pictures of people to use in shoot/no-shoot scenarios. I like your target with the vitals all expesed. Pretty cool, the way you ventilate them. ;) Give my best to your Mom.
