Long day today. First day of mandatory Police qualifications for this calendar year. Today we scheduled all of our weak shooters. Voice is already cracking from my volume but it seems they started listening and all passed with some great patience and understanding on my part. Got the rest of the week to go but any day teaching at the range is better than working the streets especially since the dept. lets me use as much ammo as I want without any questions asked...
