I wanted to send them my Loaded Standard in an EBR chassis to get the Crazy Horse treatment, but never got around to it.
Smith Enterprise does good work, and from handling the occasional rifle of theirs that pops up locally, the price is worth it.

Smith Enterprise built a MK14 Mod 0 type SEI for me way back in 2004.
I described that rifle this way: Sub MOA accuracy with AK47 reliability.

Mike, consider adding the EBR trigger shoe to your rifle, it makes the shooting experience much more enjoyable.

I bought one of Smith's M14K's in the late 80s, it was a beauty, about the size of AR15 carbine. Greed got the best of me, paid $1100 sold it for $5200 about 10 years ago. I would estimate price of the build above about $7500 without optics and mag.
