Absolutely. And Colt is making a big comeback these days. I'm especially fond of Colt's "D" frame guns. Bigger than S&W's J-frame, but smaller than a K. 6 shots and easier to shoot well. I think these are the perfect size for carry. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on one of their new 3" Vipers.S&W and Taurus are the only two significant makers actively manufacturing revolvers in any number for self-defense needs." While I am not a wheel-gun guy, I've more than a few conversations with customers lately who repeatedly comment on the improved quality of Taurus revolvers of late. Yes I have one (built 1987), but it sits for eternity for reasons I've posted here in the past...I have no dog in this fight, I just like to stir pots when I see them![]()
