she had hired a campaign manager (i think that what she was), and that fool she hired, falsified DOZENS of signatures.. needless to say, she lost her bid for congress back in 2023 when the sitting congressman, retired for a better private job offer..

the gal that was the campaign manager, got charged, but moved away to VA, but came back to face trial..

Matos, was NOT involved, but still lost the election.....

Guys, anybody that doesn’t think the leftists want to disarm the populous is just not paying attention. There was a strategist from that party on TV the other day talking about how they’ll win the house and senate, get the presidency in 28 and change the Supreme Court to 13, at which time NOTHING stands in the way of the party. If you don’t think it can happen you’re deluding yourself. Until and unless We The People start actually Voting then this will be the future of the USA. Look what just happened to congressional districts in Virginia-and it’s coming to YOUR state soon…. Wake up America! Remember these are the same people that do NOT want ID’s for voters…. That says an Awful lot right there.
 
I'm waiting to see how the gun collecting goes in Canada. Lots of debate right now as to whether or not a door to door collection effort with ensue, and who will be doing the door to door collecting.

Someone above stated We the people need to make sure we vote. I've voted in every single election since I was 18. Without doing the math, I'm going to estimate that is 12ish presidential elections. The candidate I voted for won exactly 4 times. Although I will continue to cast my vote, in my heart I don't think it counts for :poop:.

My blood boils every single time I hear a politician refer to themself or to their peers as "the people in power", or "the people in positions of authority." Where the hell did being a public servant go?

I agree, overall, with what you are saying. I also think that voters ought to take time and educate themselves on the candidates. Have we not been screwed all too often by false promises and catchy campaign slogans? Why can't voters learn from mistakes?

All too often I've gone to my polling location only to overhear folks asking others there, "who should I vote for?" I kid you not.

And please stop the commercials where the candidate is walking in the field talking to the cop or pictured at a farmers' market and all that completely staged, unrealistic stuff. I'd be a lot less judgmental if you are running for Attorney General and you're standing in a court room in front of jurors....at least it appears you know where the courthouse is.
