Romeo 0 shroud yes or no?? -Hellcat Pro

Kodor

Alpha
Ok so after I bought the holosun 507c (not k cause I’m a bit retarded) I went back and got the Romeo 0 and the fit is pictured below without the metal shroud on it.

Question for the fine gentleman and ladies is do y’all run the shroud on or not? The pro has 2 little posts at the front of the shield mount but the shroud isn’t cut out for it. Sooo long story short should I punch a couple holes in the shroud to get a flush fit or just forget the shroud all together???

I've had this optic on my 365xl for a year and a half with no shroud and no issues. I concealed carried this gun for for over a year. I don't like how the shroud looks or the extra size it adds.

Awesome what holster did you go with? I’ve got a blade tech being delivered today but use a we the people for my m&p and a safari land for my FNH9 but that’s not a EDC for me. Fun to shoot but bulky as hell

For the sig with the 365 I use an alien gear shape shift but they don't make that for the Hellcat Pro. I use a crossbreed suppertuck for the Hellcat with an optic. Also they have a reckoning holster I use for my G19 which I like a lot. If I didn't already have the suppertick I with go with the reckoning for the Hellcat Pro, they are optic cut also.

No shroud. The Romeo 0 is made of recycled paper maché the shroud isn’t going to make a difference.

Did you buy a regular Romeo 0 or the Elite?
