Ruger LC Carbine

Sent my LC Carbine back to Ruger because of light primer strike by the firing pin, and the rounds that went off pushed a dimple protruding out of the primer. So I got it back and doing the same thing one of the rounds actually popped a hole in the primer any ideas of what could be going wrong? It seems like the round is not seating to the back of the boat face, but they say they replaced it and test fired it

Have you tried a different brand of ammo?

Yes three different types and one sub-sonic it’s the only one that didn’t blow out the primer it’s very low powered

Ruger said in there return letter they fired 30 rounds of federal 40gr but did not send spent casing

Show them pictures and send it back again.
