I know I’m late to the party but I would check out the fire arm before doing anything with the 4473. Lot of gun shops don’t do returns because that means the paper work is wrong. How do I know? I had that problem last year and I ended up getting the wrong side of the deal.

I know 700 bucks is a lot but I even know to check it over. I did it with my CZ Shadow 2 (my bid was 950 bucks before taxes, gun broker fees, shipping, and the transfer fee at my LGS).
