SA35 High gloss problem

I have the new High gloss model and when I picked it up from my FFL, there was a white, powder like build up on the forward end of the left side of the slide near the muzzle. After getting it home. I removed the marks and stored it away. The very next day I found that this substance had returned and was a little harder to remove. It has been doing this for the past several days. I don't know what this is, why it keeps returning, and how to keep it from coming back. Any ideas, or does it need to be returned?

Thread 'Strange issue with a SA-35'

Its been a while since I had the SA-35 to the range due to a surgery. I ordered a set of XS sights for it so I got it out of the safe to get it ready. On the end of the barrel was this white corrosive looking stuff. I cleaned the powdery stuff off with Hoppes. I assume it is some sort of adhesive that Springfield used to adhere the barrel bushing since it in non-removable. Anyone seen anything like this before?

The Springfield Armory SA-35 uses a threaded, secured barrel bushing rather than the soldered-in style of original FN/Browning High Powers. It has been reported that factory-new SA-35s may show residue of a thread-locking compound, which looks like bluing salts, around the muzzle area, indicating a Loctite-type product is used to secure the bushing to the slide.

Excess Loctite that dries to a whitish crud that ooozes out as it dries.

I have cleaned this off several times. Is there no end in sight? What is the recommended fix for this to stop occuring? I appreciate all your responses. I have been a gun owner for decades and have never seen this sort of thing before. It will appear on its own without the gun ever firing a shot.
