I’ve heard reports of folks who have claimed to have seen Sasquatch Oil but never had the experience myself. Maybe there will be an episode on the History Channel that offers conclusive proof that Sasquatch Oil really exists on a shelf in a remote gun shop, somewhere.

New one on me. I think I’ll stick with proven lubes. A lot of this new stuff is synthetic garbage.

nope, neva hoid of it....(as they say in Joisy)

i got tired of all the rhetoric on cleaning fluids, and oils, and grease(s)....i am sticking to Hoppes ( for cleaning), Lucas Extreme Duty for oil for all my regular guns, and an automotive "red" grease in a syringe, for lubing my carry gun(s) rails.

i'm done.......

especially when made with vegetable oil......(as this sasquash is)...does that mean it can be used when you're cooking, and run out of PAM...????

My concern is with the stuff “gumming up” if a firearm is cleaned and lubed then left to sit for a while. Years ago my son learned this that hard way by locking up an M1 Garand, a 1911, a 92 Berretta and a Smith wheelgun by f#^&lubing them and letting them sit for a few months. Whatever the carrier agent was, it evaporated and left a sticky mess that literally “froze” the actions. A real pita to rectify.
