That was probably during the switchover to the new server set up. Hopefully things will be relatively smooth sailing from here, although it may take another 24-48 hours for everyone to switch to the new configuration.

We are still in the switchover period to the new system, which may take up to another 24 hours. Unfortunately there isn't a way to speed these things up, as the DNS changes have to propagate worldwide (and it goes rather slowly). Thanks for your patience.

So far things seem to running more smoothly with the new setup. Please do let us know if you run into any issues, but I anticipate this new configuration should produce a significant increase in stability. Hopefully we'll have very little downtime in the future.
