shooter in custody at Fort Stewart

While more facts are to come from what has been released Sounds more like a spontaneous act of anger. R he’s really that stupid for starting a shooting where there are probably some combat vets or folks that probably know how to fight!

As far as the shooter having a gun I know the Army and or Active Duty is different but my state Governor allowed members to carry personal firearms after the TN Recruiter shootjng so half the vehicles coming through had firearms in them let alone all the members that worked some kind of LE and had their issued police vehicle there.

It’s more about what they do with the gun than the gun!

Also one thing to look at. Instead of that whole BS model of Run, Hide them fight last. These soldiers fought first and that obviously turned the tide as Ed Monk has said if you shut it down in the first 30 seconds uiu will most likely not have double digit victim count.

Hih will never have zero but uiu try and react as quick as you can to minimize it and the Soldiers Fighging first just proves the whole Homland Security Model is not “best practice “

An Army Sergeant with a beard like that? How long has he been AWOL? Or is he pulling the old pseudo-folliculitis excuse?
I don’t know Army regs but back in the 1980’s thwre was a medical skin condition (don’t ask me to pronounce it) but it was a thing with black dudes and the AF has shaving waivers. It still couldn’t be a GWOT SOF beard or anything.
But a small amount was normal.

The word is the one I mentioned, but the perp's is too long IMO.

Commonly called the “bumps”. Shaving chit meant no close shaving but only 1/8 inch beard. I was a company commander in a CALGUARD. Unit in Inglewatts. 95% black. Yes I had to deal with it a lot.

yup his beard seems beyond medical standards to deal with the bumps
but the last several years those rules have been relaxed to a great deal
however, his claim by his dad of racism...lets see a Sargent working in supply, entered in 2018 hmmm
he is in a leadership position....is he the source of racism or ??? not saying it does not exist in the army...but he is a leadership rank...FIX the problem if it exists in his area or command..

he was arrested and bonded out and the command had no idea? hmm yup he is a stellar soldier wink wink
misdemeanor dwi and running red light? sounds like a very soft on policy policeman and gave him a break vice felony dwi and eluding ??

oustanding the action of the soldiers to tackle and detain him
BRAVO ZULU

super great the injured are minor injuries and expected to be 100%
