Sigh, Elk Fire Dragon has officially pissed me off

So I been trying to get a 3" .357 sig barrel from elk fire.. FOR WEEKS!!!! They hemmed and hawed about california's new laws regarding fire arms parts needing to go to an ffl. I offered to pay and had my ffl contact em. No luck they refused to sell it to me and ship it to the ffl. They THEN said we;; have your ffl create an account and we'll sell it directly to them. So they tried my rep Michelle worked tirelessly trying to get the deal done. They refused STILL!!!! I don't know who pisses me off more gavin newscum and his stupid laws of the company who can't help but step on their own junk. Bar-Sto had 0 issues selling a 5" barrel to me and shipping it to michelle. Their loss I guess. I wasn't able to source a 3" .357 sig barrel for my xd .40 subcompact anywhere else sadly. So frustrating...

btw, i totally understand the lure of the 357sig cartridge as i several myself. i convert many of the 40s/w's to 357sig or at least have barrels for both if originally a 40s/w

I find it to be a fantastic cartridge.... I had a barrel for my 5" for a while i loved it beyond words
79mm +p+ has nothing on this cartridge as well as 38super. 40s/w is nice w/135's as it gets you into the 600+ me range @ 5" barrels. home brewed 135's is way better than 155's and up! try 90's in the sig as velocities will be near 2k in a 5". it's fun shooting those @ 100 yards. as there's very little drop............

yup velocity creates nasty wound I heard these come close to pushing thru vests too. Not that I would ever use these except for bad guys. Heck they wear vests too
