first up, thank you all for the well wishes in regards to my dads very unexpected death.
You have no idea how much it really did help get my mind in a right frame
it still is a very traumatic event, i know the hurt will pass and the vivid mental pics will fade.
but knowing this group still has human morals is so refreshing
SINCERELY THANK YOU

Most here don't know each other from ADAM, but we coalesce into this really great little area to chat, talk about our passions, firearms, pig tails, pets, bass, family, food, beverage, history and doing stuff we enjoy and can share without being judged to harsh.
i only have one other web forum that comes close to the openness and camaraderie

I just went thru the same thing, boater…
Back on the first of the month; dementia took dad over a span of 8 months.

I'm sorry to learn about your dad's passing. I lost my 2nd sweetheart back in Feb and I can relate to the grief and pain you are feeling. You have my heartfelt condolences. I wish I knew the words to make you feel better, but being a two time widower I can honestly tell you there just aren't any words that will help.
