Me too, I had a 629 PPS that I should have never traded off.

I had the 8.375" in the 629mod with and aimpoint added 2 years(?) after the '84 gun purchase. That was my 1st gun purchase, also was just over 18.

I have always been a fan of the .41 Mag. I’d still have to hold onto the 629 though.

I’ve still got a 629 Mountain Gun and a 29-1 6”...so, no worries. The 3” was nice, but it was time to go.
