Got a steel door installed, electronic locks and tomorrow I have a kit to install that is supposed to make it withstand a battering ram. Left room above the revolvers to put in my security cam monitors.

Long overdue. Last two springs I was supposed to break ground on a proper concrete vault. This spring, I sold my other house and now have to restore an old building out back for storage, so I said to hell with it and confiscated a room.

I’ll come back periodically and update. I’m taking a week or so off from this project. Cramming this in after work has taken its toll. Not as young as I used to be.

I put in a double order of oversized charging handles. Got two packages which prompted me to look up the order and sure enough, I ordered 3, then another 3 three days later. Told the wife it was a sign that I needed to order 3 more ARs. She didn’t think it was funny… I won’t tell her how many extra sets of walnut S&W grips I have

Got my last row of shelves up and one of the 32” security monitors. I only ordered one then realized I was going to need two systems. So, I have to order another one.
