Special ammo for century old rifles?

Maybe it is just me, and I would be loath to advise someone to take risks, but I have over 100 milsurp rifles and shooting them has never been a problem. Yes, there are caveats; Turk 8mm is hot, probably not a good idea in pre-98 rifles, but other than that, whether 6.5Carcano or 577 Snider, all have been good to go. Not your rifle is rusty and the bolt is frozen, use your judgment!
